In accordance with the Company’s development program, a Group’s Training Center engaged in personnel training by types of education indicated in the license to carry out educational activities was established in 2014.

The key to success for every service company is professionalism and competence of its personnel. Owing to excellent personnel training and reliable system of interaction with Customers, KAMSS Group has become one of the best service companies performing engine repair and maintenance during its 20-year history of operations in the domestic market. The Group pays special attention to personnel development.

According to the developed training programs, the Training Center conducts training, re-training, advanced training of its personnel with account of Company’s current and future requirements. The Training Center’s material and technical base and availability of highly-qualified teaching staff enable us to conduct training of specialists in line with the Company’s profile.

The Training Center has its own classrooms, a computer classroom, classrooms equipped with mockups, actual engines and pieces of equipment making it possible to conduct training at a high methodological and professional level. Hands-on training of personnel is organized in repair shops of the manufacturing complex. Employees undergo training not just in accordance with the production needs of Company’s divisions, but also with a view to solving tasks related to the implementation of long-term and perspective Company development plans.

On completing training, those specialists who successfully passed the final test and check of practical skills get a document confirming the qualification gained.

Professional training programs:

Cummins engines specialists

The Training Center conducts training for specialists, service engineers, mechanics in respect of the entire range of Cummins engines installed on all type of motor and special-purpose vehicles.

The subjects learned include: specifics of engines design, operation, maintenance, diagnostic, and repair.

In the course of training, specialists:

gain knowledge in the field of electrical engineering, designs and systems of engines, structure of generator sets;

learn how to use diagnostic equipment software;

study the rules of repair and methods of adjustment and calibration of diagnostic equipment, maintenance procedure for electrical equipment, main components and accessories of transport and technical vehicles, rules of measuring tools application.

Truck service technician

The truck service technician is a profession allowing the performance of such work as machining, assembly and repair of metal items, parts of automotive equipment, maintenance and repair of motor vehicles, check of trucks for technical condition.

Depending on the category received during training, a truck service technician can perform the following operations:

disassembly, repair, assembly of various truck components;

chiseling, hacksawing, trimming, deburring, flushing, rethreading, template hole drilling in a truck, cleaning of dirt, washing after disassembly and lubrication of parts;

removal and installation of lighting fixtures;

stripping, splicing, insulation and soldering of wires;

fixing operations;

disassembly of diesel and special-purpose trucks, buses;

check for correct assembly;

location and elimination of faults;

execution of handover documentation.

Road machinery and tractor service technician

The road machinery and tractor service technician is a profession allowing the performance of repair, assembly and adjustment operations on machines, tractors, towing mechanisms.

Depending on the category received during training, a road machinery and tractor service technician can perform the following operations:

replacement of individual assemblies and parts;

location and elimination of faults in operations of components, mechanisms, accessories and instruments during technical inspection and maintenance of road machines and tractors;

disassembly and preparation of accessories, components and electrical equipment for repair;

connection and soldering of wires, their insulation and replacement of damaged sections;

general disassembly operations of various complexity on wheeled road machines and tractors;

bench working of components and parts with the use of multipurpose appliances;

location and elimination of faults;

performance of complex mounting operations with the use of lifting devices and special-purpose appliances.

Equipment maintenance and repair technician

The equipment maintenance and repair technician is a profession allowing the performance of the entire range of repair work on industrial equipment and process plants operated in various industry sectors.

Depending on the category received during training, an equipment maintenance and repair technician can perform the following operations:

condition check of process plants, detection of defects and faults;

equipment disassembly using tools and appliances;

performance of prescribed maintenance process operations: lubrication of rubbing parts, adjustment of clearances and mated parts, cleaning and application of protective coatings, etc.;

selection and testing of new, installed parts;

installation of spare parts and replacement of defective equipment components and parts;

functional check of equipment after repair and maintenance.

Truck crane operator

The truck crane operator is a profession allowing operation of truck crane while lifting, relocating and lowering cargoes in response to established signals.

Depending on the category received during training, a truck crane operator can to perform the following operations:

inspection and adjustment of crane mechanisms;

serviceability check of safety appliances;

detection and timely elimination of crane operation faults;

determination of usability of steel cables, loose lifting gear and containers;

maintenance and running repair of truck cranes;

performance of crane operations in a correct manner;

reading of detailed drawings of parts and assembly units;

compliance with the requirements of the crane operating manual and manufacturing instructions.

Slinger

The slinger is a profession allowing the performance of slinging operations: roping and rigging of different groups of building cargoes and structures. Depending on the category received during training, a slinger can perform the following operations:

Strapping, attachment and fastening of cargoes using load-handling devices;

hooking of cargoes by a lifting device;

placing of cargoes in the design position;

release of cargoes.
