The Process Engineering Department of KAMSS-Machine Building fulfills orders for the design and manufacture of parts and assembly units, non-standard equipment under Customer’s terms of reference, as well as supports the release of machine building products both on an individual and series basis.
As part of import substitution programs, the Process Engineering Department implements reverse engineering project and participates in R&D activities as requested by Customers.
The Engineering Department of KAMSS-Machine Building develops and introduces competitive and cutting-edge processes for the machine building industry, implements the full cycle of control software development for CNC equipment on the basis of the SprutCAM, Siemens NX PostProcessor.
Specialists of the Department have in organizing processes for automotive, shipbuilding and ship repair industries.
The production shops of KAMSS-Machine Building are subject to strict quality control over the product manufacturing process and used materials by means of the state-of-the-art Zeiss Accura 16/24/1 bridge-type measuring machine.
A modern certified test laboratory ensures the research and testing of POL, process fluids. The manufacturing complex also includes a load test bench for acceptance testing of equipment after major and medium repairs.
