According to the developed training programs, the Training Center conducts training, re-training, advanced training of its personnel with account of Company’s current and future requirements. The Training Center’s material and technical base and availability of highly-qualified teaching staff enable us to conduct training of specialists in line with the Company’s profile.
The Training Center has its own classrooms, a computer classroom, classrooms equipped with mockups, actual engines and pieces of equipment making it possible to conduct training at a high methodological and professional level. Hands-on training of personnel is organized in repair shops of the manufacturing complex. Employees undergo training not just in accordance with the production needs of Company’s divisions, but also with a view to solving tasks related to the implementation of long-term and perspective Company development plans.
