KAMSS Group delivers marine diesel-generator sets and propulsion engines manufactured by Cummins Inc. We offer the full range of power plants, generator sets and auxiliary power solutions specially developed for commercial, governmental and leisure sea and river craft.
KAMSS Group provides fast delivery of spare parts and consumables both from own consignment warehouses and centralized European warehouses of Cummins Inc.
All branches have accumulated an adequate stock of genuine spare parts covered by the standard and, in some instances, extended manufacturers’ warranty.
Service
The Company’s service function provides the full package of servicing operations: pre-commissioning, maintenance, diagnostic, emergency, running and major repairs of equipment both at the Customers’ facilities and at own production facilities of the Group.
Specialists of the Company’s service function provide a wide range of servicing operations, including diagnostic, maintenance, emergency repair of equipment on the sites operated by the Customer while ensuring compliance with all warranty liabilities in respect of all types of work and spare parts used.
All service specialists have been properly trained, tested and certified at training centers of the Company and OEM manufacturers.
The present-day manning level of the on-site service team ensures the required and sufficient demand to satisfy our customers’ needs. With a view to ensuring prompt response, our on-site service team has an adequate fleet of service vehicles equipped with the required tools and diagnostic equipment.
Authorized service centers of KAMSS Group have up-to-date diagnostic equipment and a stock of genuine new and reconditioned spare parts. Repair is carried out by certified technical expert being the best at what they do.
KAMSS service centers offer a custom-tailored approach, fast response and diagnostic, major repair both with and without removal, engine repair using new and reconditioned Cummins spare parts, technical diagnostic of your vehicle using QuickServe within 1 hour.
In addition to its own service shop, KAMSS Group offers fields servicing at your enterprise or on your ship. When needed, clients can call up dedicated on-site teams of the Company who will come to the customer’s territory for equipment diagnostics and performing the entire range of operations required right on the site, if possible. On-site teams have special-purpose mobile equipment meeting all relevant quality standards.
Properly run diagnostics will make it possible to determine the correct direction in the sequence of troubleshooting operations on an engine/specialized vehicles.
KAMSS Group has extensive experience in organizing service and repair centers in cooperation with the leading Russian enterprises. Service and repair centers can be established both on the territory of repair shops of enterprises and in immediate proximity to ship-building and ship repair facilities. This highly demanded type of service guarantees fast and quality repair and servicing along with reduced logistical costs. Such centers are staffed with high-class professionals who are able to ensure prompt repair of mining vehicles.
Besides, such service and repair centers always have a wide range of genuine spare parts and consumables in stock to enable the repair of specialized vehicles. All component parts undergo an inspection by the Company’s QCD.
