A discussion meeting of leading enterprises, representatives of the Employment Center and educational institutions of professional training of students was held in Khakassia. The discussion platform was organized on the basis of the Khakass Polytechnic College and timed to coincide with the annual championship on working professions among students "WorldSkills Russia".
The meeting discussed the prospects of cooperation with employers in the training of highly qualified personnel in demand in the labor market of the Republic of Khakassia.
For many years, the KAMS Group of Companies has remained one of the largest partners of the Khakass Polytechnic College. Cooperation is multifaceted. Equipped with a class for the repair of internal combustion engines with the provision of a mock-up of the engine and all necessary tools and materials. Students undergo an annual internship, KAMSS representatives participate in qualification commissions when accepting theses, and are also invited by outside observers during the WorldSkills Russia competitions
